# Bricks & Mortar

Bricks & Mortar is UK renovation-management software for homeowners. It is made by Bricks and
Mortar Innovations Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16343453,
ICO registration ZC027626), registered office College Lane Barn, College Lane, Ellisfield,
Basingstoke, RG25 2QE.

The product is a web platform plus an iPhone app called BAM Renovate, which is live on the UK
App Store. Both use the same account, so a project started on the web opens on the phone. The app
is iPhone only.

## What it does

- You answer three questions: what you are renovating, your approximate budget, and a short
  description of the project.
- From those answers it builds an editable budget priced from UK cost data, around 70 line items,
  a sequenced timeline with lead times, and a planning checklist.
- You run the project through one chat with seven named specialists: Rhino (project manager),
  Simon (timeline), Hugo (paperwork), Alex (budget and money), Frank (build advice),
  Caspar (completion) and Claire (maintenance).
- Quotes, invoices and receipts dropped into the chat are read and filed against the project.
- A priced scrapbook lets you save products and finishes with price, room and quantity, and keeps
  running room totals and a whole-house total.
- A written weekly report covers spend against budget, timeline drift and what is due next.
- To-dos can be shared with a partner, and a completion checklist covers certificates, warranties
  and sign-offs.

## Pricing

- 7-day free trial on the web, no card required.
- Web pricing in GBP: £19 per month, or £99 for 6 months paid once, or £179 for
  12 months paid once. The full platform is the same £19 per month in the iPhone app.
- In-app pricing through the App Store, in GBP: Scrapbook £2.99 per month, £14.99 for a 6-month
  pass, £29.99 for a 12-month pass; the full Renovation Platform is £19 per month.
